الميزة الأساسية في سكينة مجانية، فلا شيء تدفعه لاستخدامها. وإن دعمت سكينة بدفعة اختيارية ثم غيّرت رأيك، نردّها لك كاملة إن طلبت ذلك خلال 14 يومًا.

دفعات «ادعم سكينة» الاختيارية

• يمكنك طلب استرداد أي دفعة دعم خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخها، دون أن تذكر السبب.
• راسلنا على [email protected] واذكر تاريخ الدفع والمبلغ، والبريد المستخدم في الدفع أو رقم العملية.
• نردّ المبلغ كاملًا إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها، ونعالج الطلب عادةً خلال 5 أيام عمل. قد يستغرق ظهوره في حسابك وقتًا أطول حسب PayPal أو البنك.
• بعد 14 يومًا ننظر في كل طلب على حدة.

الاشتراكات المستقبلية (Plus)

• إن أطلقنا خطة «Plus» مدفوعة، يمكنك إلغاؤها في أي وقت، وتبقى ميزاتها متاحة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
• يُستردّ المبلغ وفق سياسة مزوّد الدفع (مثل Paddle، الذي سيكون البائع المسجَّل)، وسنوضّح التفاصيل في صفحة الدفع قبل الشراء.

حقوقك القانونية

لا تحدّ هذه السياسة من أي حق يمنحه لك قانون حماية المستهلك في بلدك، مثل حق العدول.

In short

Sakinah Audio’s core feature is free, so there is nothing to pay to use it. If you support Sakinah with an optional payment and change your mind, we refund it in full if you ask within 14 days.

Voluntary “Support Sakinah” payments

• You can ask for a refund of any support payment within 14 days of making it. You don’t need to give a reason.
• Email [email protected] with the payment date and amount, and the email address used to pay or the transaction ID.
• We refund the full amount to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days. It may take longer to show in your account, depending on PayPal or your bank.
• After 14 days, we look at each request case by case.

Future subscriptions (Plus)

• If we launch a paid “Plus” plan, you can cancel it anytime and keep its features until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow the payment provider’s policy (for example Paddle, which will be the Merchant of Record). We will explain the details on the checkout page before you buy.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any right you have under consumer law in your country, such as a right of withdrawal.
