باختصار
سكينة أداة مجانية تزيل المعازف من الصوت أثناء التشغيل، على جهازك. استخدمها لنفسك كما هي، ولا تحاول نسخ تقنيتها، ولا تستخدمها لاستخراج الأصوات من الأغاني. هذه الشروط تنطبق على الموقع، وإضافة المتصفح، وتطبيق أندرويد، وأي نسخة لاحقة.

الخدمة
تعالج سكينة صوت ما تشاهده على جهازك فقط لتزيل الآلات الموسيقية منه، ولها وضعان: «إزالة المعازف» و«الصوت فقط». لا تنزّل سكينة الفيديو ولا تعيد نشره، ولا ترسل الصوت إلى أي مكان. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا، غير حصري، وغير قابل للتحويل، لاستخدام سكينة على أجهزتك لأغراضك الخاصة. التطبيقات والتقنية والنماذج المضمَّنة فيها والاسم والشعار ملك لنا، ولا تنتقل ملكيتها إليك.
ما لا يُسمح به
- فكّ الحماية عن التطبيقات أو هندستها عكسيًا أو تفكيكها، أو استخراج النموذج المحمي أو ملفاته أو نسخها أو استخدامها في منتج آخر، إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون صراحةً.
- استخدام سكينة لاستخراج الأصوات أو أي جزء من الأغاني أو غيرها من الأعمال المحمية بحقوق النشر، أو لإعادة نشر محتوى الآخرين.
- محاولة تجاوز منع التسجيل، أو بيع سكينة أو تأجيرها أو إعادة توزيعها.
- استخدامها بطريقة تخالف القانون أو شروط المنصات التي تشاهد عليها.
منع التسجيل مقصود
سكينة ليست لسماع الأغاني. لذلك تمنع تطبيقاتنا، حيث يسمح النظام، تسجيل الصوت بعد التنقية أو تصديره أو التقاطه بتطبيقات أخرى. هذا جزء من تصميم المنتج وليس عيبًا فيه.
محتوى الآخرين
ما تشاهده يبقى ملكًا لأصحابه وخاضعًا لشروط المنصات التي تعرضه. سكينة تغيّر ما تسمعه أنت على جهازك فقط. وهي أداة تقنية، لا فتوى؛ اسأل عالمًا تثق به عن حالتك.
الأسعار والمدفوعات
- الميزة الأساسية مجانية، دون إعلانات ودون حساب.
- «ادعم سكينة»: دفعة اختيارية بالمبلغ الذي تختاره، لا تفتح أي ميزة ولا تمنح أي حق إضافي. تتم حاليًا عبر PayPal، وقد تتم لاحقًا عبر Paddle. وعندما يعالج Paddle الدفع يكون هو البائع المسجَّل (Merchant of Record)، وتنطبق شروطه للمشترين أيضًا.
- خطة «Plus» (مستقبلًا): إن أطلقناها فسنعرض السعر ومدة الفوترة والميزات بوضوح قبل الدفع، ويمكنك إلغاؤها في أي وقت.
- الاسترداد موضّح في سياسة الاسترداد.
بلا ضمان
نقدّم سكينة «كما هي». نعمل على أن تكون جيدة، لكننا لا نضمن أن تزيل كل المعازف في كل مقطع، أو أن تعمل مع كل موقع أو تطبيق أو جهاز، أو أن تعمل دون انقطاع. بعض التطبيقات تمنع التقاط صوتها، وقد تبقى في بعض المقاطع موسيقى مسموعة.
حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام سكينة. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك ما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة. لا يحدّ هذا من أي حق لا يجوز تقييده قانونًا.
التغييرات والإيقاف
قد نحدّث سكينة أو هذه الشروط. سنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، وننبّه إلى التغييرات المهمة على الموقع. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام سكينة في أي وقت بحذفها. وقد نوقف ترخيص من يخالف هذه الشروط.

In short
Sakinah Audio is a free tool that removes musical instruments from sound as it plays, on your device. Use it for yourself as it is, don’t try to copy its technology, and don’t use it to extract voices from songs. These terms cover the website, the browser extension, the Android app and any later versions.

The service
Sakinah processes the sound of what you watch on your device only, to remove musical instruments from it. It has two modes: “Remove music” and “Voice only”. Sakinah doesn’t download or re-publish videos and doesn’t send audio anywhere. See the privacy policy.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sakinah on your own devices for your own purposes. The apps, the technology and models inside them, the name and the logo belong to us; you don’t get ownership of them.
What you may not do
- Crack, reverse engineer or decompile the apps, or extract, copy or reuse the protected model or its files in another product, except as far as the law expressly allows.
- Use Sakinah to extract vocals or any part of songs or other copyrighted works, or to republish other people’s content.
- Try to get around the recording block, or sell, rent or redistribute Sakinah.
- Use it in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the platforms you watch on.
Recording is blocked by design
Sakinah is not for listening to songs. So, wherever the operating system allows it, our apps block recording, exporting or capturing the cleaned sound by other apps. This is part of the product’s design, not a defect.
Other people’s content
What you watch still belongs to its owners and stays subject to the platforms that show it. Sakinah only changes what you hear on your device. It is a technical tool, not a religious ruling; please ask a scholar you trust about your situation.
Prices and payments
- The core feature is free, with no ads and no account.
- “Support Sakinah”: an optional payment of any amount you choose. It doesn’t unlock features or give any extra rights. It is processed by PayPal today and may be processed by Paddle later. When Paddle processes a payment, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and its buyer terms also apply.
- “Plus” plan (future): if we launch it, we will show the price, billing period and features clearly before you pay, and you can cancel anytime.
- Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
No warranty
Sakinah is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it good, but we don’t promise it will remove all music from every clip, work with every site, app or device, or run without interruption. Some apps block audio capture, and some clips may still have audible music.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Sakinah, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can’t be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update Sakinah or these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above and flag important changes on the website. You can stop using Sakinah at any time by removing it. We may end the licence of anyone who breaks these terms.
